In this initial phase, we conduct a thorough examination of the historical masonry project. This includes collecting critical information, such as historical context and specific requirements, to ensure an authentic and accurate restoration.
Before beginning any work, we meticulously document the existing masonry, often going so far as to label each stone or brick. This detailed preservation plan is crucial to maintaining the historical integrity of the structure.
Our skilled craftsmen carefully disassemble the structure, piece by piece, similar to solving a complex puzzle. Every stone or brick is cataloged to guarantee that the project is rebuilt precisely the way it was originally constructed, preserving its historical authenticity.
With utmost precision and craftsmanship, we begin the restoration process, employing traditional techniques and materials to recreate the masonry's original appearance. Throughout the project, our team ensures every detail aligns with the historical accuracy standards, including mortar composition and color. This step highlights our dedication to historical accuracy and commitment to bringing historical properties back to life.
Once the historical masonry restoration is complete, our commitment doesn't end. We offer ongoing maintenance and care services to ensure the long-term preservation and protection of the structure, so it can stand the test of time.
